We regularly provide our impartial, professional opinion on a range of property related disputes including valuation, landlord and tenant issues (including 1986 Act Succession), compensation, matrimonial or partnership disputes, rent reviews and property transactions.

Our team is experienced and familiar with the requirements of the Court, Civil Procedure Rules and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Practice Directions. One of our Directors, Edward Briggs, is an RICS Accredited Expert Witness and Independent Expert. Edward is also appointed to the Rural Arbitrator panels for both the RICS & CAAV, and is an affiliated member of the Association of Rural Dispute Resolvers.
